Brand size charts

The catalogue holds 145 stores from 17 countries. 132 of them have their own measurement chart transcribed here, with a link to the source and the date it was last checked. The rest are answered by the standard chart, and each page says whether we have checked that brand’s site yet.

Why a size at one store is not a size at another

Because almost nowhere is there a binding standard for retail sizes. A store prints the chart it cuts to, and the charts of two shops in the same mall differ by centimeters: a 38 at one is a bust of 82–86 cm, at the next it is 84–88, and at a third the same row is labeled M.

That leaves one working rule: a size at a particular brand is read from that brand's chart. Converting one national scale into another — EU into RU, EU into INT — holds only while both sides are standard scales. The moment a store's own chart enters, the difference stops being constant.

Every brand in the catalogue

Alphabetical. Inside each one: the brand's measurement chart, the source, the date it was checked, and a link to its official size page.

What “brand chart” and “standard sizing” mean

Brand chart (132 of 145) — the chart was taken from the brand’s own site or from an archived snapshot of its size page, transcribed cell by cell, and stored here in full. That brand’s page names where it came from, on what date, and how far its sources can be trusted.

Standard sizing (13) — for the brands we have checked, the page names the day we looked at the site and found no chart; where no check is recorded, the page says that instead, and claims nothing about the brand. Either way sizes are read off the standard chart, and the page says so in plain words. Passing the standard chart off as the brand’s own would be the one genuinely dishonest thing these pages could do.

How to use this

Take your measurements once — bust, waist, hips — and after that just open the page for the store you need. To get a size in every scale and every category at once, open the app: the same charts, run against your own numbers. You don't need an account for that.
